What are the necessary resources human and material to support children development in a setting.?
Human resources: -Correct ratio -Trained to understand the development needs of children. -Patient and enjoy working with children Material: -clean and hygienic environment -warm but not too hot…well ventilated. -open ended resources-ones children can choose themselves and decide how to use not just ‘do this do that’ equipment. -as well as age appropriate there needs to be toys that are suitable for delayed children and children who are above average.
