What are the Naval Academys normal gate hours?
Gate 1 Vehicular Traffic: Open from Sunday-Thursday 0600-2200/Friday-Saturday 0600-0100. Gate 1 Pedestrian Traffic: Open from Sunday-Thursday 0600-0000/Friday-Saturday 0600-0200. Gate 3 Pedestrian Traffic: Open from Sunday-Thursday 0600-1900/Friday-Saturday 0600-2200. Open to inbound vehicular traffic only from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. M-F. Open to Outbound vehicular traffic only from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. M-F. Closed to vehicular traffic from 9am -3pm, and from 6pm -6am M-F and Saturday and Sunday. Gate 8 Open 24 hours a day for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Note: Holiday hours for Gate 3 vary from the normal.
