What are the natural food sources which would help to reduce pimples?(by consumption)?
There is no food cure to make pimples go away. You can help your body prevent pimples by drinking lots of water (you should be drinking close to the 2L mark) and avoid eating a lot of junk food and over processed food because that makes breakouts become more frequent, or more dramatic. Do not use rubbing alcohol on your face. It is too harsh, and will make your skin become dry and sensitive and uncomfortable.
