What are the National Conditions of Carriage?
The NRCC (National Conditions of Carriage) is a document that sets out the minimum standards that all train companies will provide to you as a customer. The train companies own Passenger’s Charter will be based upon this document, and in parts there may be elements that exceed the NRCC.
