I work in a hospital lab which is in a basement, and my room has NO WINDOWS! To keep from flipping out, I listen to the radio online. For years, I listened to 106.9 The Bear out of Canada while I was at work.(I live in NY- right across the St. Lawrence River from Canada) There was no radio reception, so I had to listen online. Then my employer intalled some kind of monitoring software program, and when they did, I could no longer get my station. Well, for one thing- it ticked me off. For another thing, I couldn’t stand the silence. I brought my mp3 player in for awhile, but it just doesn’t compare to a live broadcast. I went on the hunt for a new station
