The major programs are: Leadership STP Engineering Technician STP Maintenance Personnel STP Loss Prevention Training Program Human Resources Training Policy for all DOTD employees Civil Service Mandatory Training Crescent City Connection (CCCD) Personnel STP Engineering Interns’ STP Most employees are required to complete training from more than one of the above programs. Also, within the Maintenance and Engineering Technician programs are more job specific programs based on the type of work done by the units or gangs of a section or district.
