What are the names of some good alcohol drinks?
Vodka is special, most people hate it but that’s because they’ve only had terrible kinds like Skol or Absolut. Get some really good stuff like Grey Goose or any quality Russian brand and you’ll find that it’s very smooth and much better. But if you’re not feeling Slavic at the moment, some of the best tasting liquor in my opinion is Scotch/Whiskey. You’ve tried Crown and Jack, but they’re mediocre (even though Crown prices itself like it’s top of the line it’s definitely not), try some Jameson or Gentleman Jack for the best Irish or American whiskeys that are readily available. It’s difficult to recommend a brand of scotch because there aren’t very many mass-produced varieties, so try bar hopping to try different kinds. There’s something to be said for rum too, and there’s a heated rivalry between spiced and un-spiced varieties. Personally I prefer spiced, but to each his own.
