I think you need to identify what kind of recruitment agency you are looking for – we come in all shapes and sizes! Most larger Agencies specialise in an industry “vertical” market – in other words they will supply admin or IT staff or whatever. The advantage of these is that they are specialists in there area so will have a higher chance of being successful as this is what they do all day, every day.
