MTA members participating in the MTA Home Mortgage Program are entitled to receive at least $500 off of standard closing costs. Members also receive 1/8-point discount off any points incurred. For those who are purchasing single family homes or townhouses, the program also allows members to start the application process without an up-front application deposit.
