What are the motivational factors (driving forces) to be woman entrepreneur?
I’m not sure why you think the motivational forces might be different for a woman than they are for a man as your question implies. It’s really a type of personality that actually has the motivation it takes to be an entrepreneur, which includes a strong belief in one’s self and one’s ideas, leadership and management abilities, guts and raw nerve, the ability to remain calm under pressure and also to have clear vision. But that doesn’t quite answer your question yet as to what motivates one. It could be one or a combination of many factors. The need to make money and not be an employee but the boss, a strong belief in an idea or concept that will somehow benefit people, to have a skill or talent that can be marketed to the public, such as in a service business, or just the sheer joy of not being beholden to anyone. It’s takes a self-starter with discipline who enjoys being autonomous. It’s an all consuming occupation, it’s your life and your baby and you live it 24/7. Employees go home
