What are the most important points of the Recording & Exploitation Agreement?
The first is that you agree to record the EP within nine months after youve reached the Goal Amount. The second is that upon delivery of your BandStock EP, you will become master owner for impertuity. Third is that you grant a five year license to BandStock, to sell and market the product on behalf of you and your Investors. Fourth is that you and BandStock both have the right, by mutual consent, to close third party deals and licensing agreements, under the strict condition that all music related revenues derived from the master will be shared in a 50/50 split with their Investors.
