Clearly the three most important factors are LSAT, GPA and the school from which you earned your undergraduate degree. Studies indicate that the LSAT score and GPA strongly predict the level of a student’s performance in the first year of law study. The LSAT and GPA are therefore highly significant factors in the admission decision. In comparing hundreds of candidates with similar academic records, the Committee also considers the academic rigor of the school from which the undergraduate degree was earned. Beyond these, we also look at your major, course selection in and out of the major, grade trends, faculty evaluations, graduate work, work experience, military experience, and community activities.
