What are the most frequent complaints about?
We consider each and every one of the concerns from our consumers and customers equally important – and deal with each individual case accordingly. Here’s an example. A consumer felt that one of our products had gone ‘soft’ and was not ‘crisp’ enough. We picked up the product in question from the said consumer and an investigation into the said product was conducted by our Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department. Once we received the results of the investigation, we informed the consumer that the product had turned soft due to its packaging, and that we had since rectified the issue by directing the relevant supplier to make the necessary adjustments.
