If you’re talking about toning body parts to give them curves and definitions, then I suggest you go for a whole body toning program. I recommend Pilates as it’s a very excellent whole body toning program – it tones, sculpts, defines, strengthens and streches your core muscles i.e. the abs, back, butts, thighs and hips, all at one go, to give you a slim, slender, graceful bodyline. The sheer act of pulling in navel back into your spine is enough to give your abs a hard, solid and trim shape. Do it 3-4 times per week, for 30 – 45 mins per session.
