A cough that doesn’t go away and gets worse over time is the most common symptom of lung cancer. Other symptoms include constant chest pain, coughing up blood, shortness of breath, wheezing, or hoarseness, having pneumonia or bronchitis more than usual, swelling of the neck and face, and loss of appetite or weight.
