What are the most common side effects of Zoloft?
Zoloft can cause side effects. In clinical studies of children with OCD, the most common side effects were similar to those seen in adults. The most common side effects include: • Upset stomach • Tremor • Having trouble sleeping • Indigestion • Diarrhea • Increase of sweating • Dry mouth • Feeling agitated • Sexual side effects • Decreased appetite • Feeling unusually sleepy or tiredChildren who take Zoloft may also have other side effects such as: • Increased activity • Fever • Feeling out of sorts • Bruises • Difficulty concentrating • Acting very excited • Sudden emotional changes • Abnormal thinking • Nosebleeds The risks of Zoloft have been studied in children for up to one year.
