What are the most common reasons for training record errors?
The vast majority of errors in training records is due to improper submission of training rosters by training school directors. Common errors include failing to submit a class roster, incorrect or missing social security numbers, incorrect course information, missing electronic roster form, and submission of forms to the wrong agency. It is the responsibility of the school director to verify the accuracy and completeness of roster submissions.
