Between 1998 and 2008: • 11 complaints filed against neutrals on the civil facilitative (mediation) roster. • 2 complaints filed against neutrals on the civil adjudicative/evaluative roster. • 44 complaints against neutrals on the family facilitative (mediation) roster. Of those 44, 24 were complaints against parenting time expeditors.
