What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Sbarros Italian Eatery?
The most challenging aspects of the job was the customers. Because it was my first job, I was a little unsure and nervous about how to approach them. Sbarro’s was the most popular of the food restaurants in the area which required more work towards the business. It was all too fast for me at first. Combining customer service in a professional manner along with working with new people, and adjusting to the use of the cash register took some time to coordinate. By the second week of working, it was a piece of cake….
