But a growing number of firms, such as Pershing, have hands-on, in-office consulting and turnkey programs (including form letters that can be customized) for advisors to make this transition fairly seamless. Some firms, like Pershing, even have a team dedicated solely to transition, to ensure that nothing is left to chance and that nothing falls between the cracks.
