What are the monthly Association dues?
A. The Association dues are based on the size of individual units. The dues will not be more than $0.25 per square foot, per month. This includes the maintenance of the exterior, the grounds, the fitness center and locker rooms, the outdoor pool and spa, telecommunication services (includes basic cable and internet access), security system, water, sewer, trash, and all other common area maintenance.
