What are the mobile home park laws according to virginia housing authority?

This is about zoning and has nothing to do with VHA. Ya so you have one big piece of land. You will have to have separate meters for water, electric and sewer or septic hookup for each mobile home. You will have to have roads, driveway access, run phone lines etc. and some areas require sidewalks and a play area for children. Depending on zoning they may allow only one unit per acre or 10 pre acre. A mobil home park permit may take years to get. You will have to do a environmental in-pack study for sure. Just because you have a large parcel does not mean you can do what you want and how you want, they may not allow any mobile homes in the area and many areas don’t.
