The “miscellaneous” charges that appear on your invoice are handling charges. Handling charges are the exact costs of the box(es) used to pack and ship your order. While others inflate the prices of their products or add a percentage to the freight charges to allow for the costs of boxes, Cardinal does not. We only charge you, the customer, what we pay for the box.
