What are the minimum test scores that are required for admission?
The Graduate School requires that its international students provide proof of English language proficiency as part of their applications for admission. This is typically done by submitting a valid TOEFL or IELTS score. A listing of the minimum TOEFL and IELTS score requirements (as well as acceptable alternatives to these tests) along with a list of approved countries which allow for a waiver of our English proficiency test requirement can be found on our website in the Admissions section under “Language Proficiency”. The GRE, GMAT or MAT may be required by individual departments or programs. Most programs do not have a specific minimum score that students must obtain in order to be considered for admission. Instead, test scores are viewed as one factor in the context of a student’s overall application file. These tests are departmental rather than Graduate School requirements, contact your program of interest for more information about minimum or average GRE, GMAT or MAT test scores f
