What are the minimum system requirements I need on my computer to use AT&T PrePaid Internet Service?
• A PC with a Pentium (or equivalent) 166 MHz processor or faster Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT 4 (SP 5+) and XP. • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. • 32 megabytes (MB) of random-access memory (RAM) if you are using Windows 95 or Windows 98, and 64 MB of RAM if you are using Windows Me, 2000, NT 4 or XP. • 20 MB of unused hard disk space. • A graphics card with a VGA or higher resolution. • A screen resolution of 800 x 600. • A 28.8-kilobit-per-second (kbps) modem connected to an outside telephone line (56 kbps is recommended). *Windows XP and NT 4 compatible software is not in all retail locations at this time but can be downloaded by clicking here. You will still need to purchase the Start-Up package, as it will contain your AT&T PrePaid Internet card with your PIN and Serial Number.
