Please make sure you have all the minimum software requirements to run the Howard Stern Audio Player. You must have Windows Media 9 or above installed. Make sure you have the latest Java Runtime environment (JRE) installed on your system. After upgrading JAVA If you’re still experiencing issues please clean the windows installer registry using the Windows Installer Cleanup tool and then run the JRE installer again.
