You will need a computer with Internet access and either Internet Explorer 5.0, 5.5 or 6.0 or Netscape 6.1, 6.2 or 7.0. You will also need a PrompTax access code and password assigned by the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance to use the site. A screen resolution of 800 x 600 is recommended.
