To make and receive calls, you will need a microphone and speakers, a headset or a handset. If you would like to make video calls you will also need a webcam. If you do not have any of these, you can order them at the BT shop. For minimum computer requirements please see the table below. Unfortunately BT Softphone is not compatible with Apple Macs.
