What are the minimum requirements before I can submit a candidate to an Employer?
Talent Maze highly recommends only submitting truly qualified and interested candidates. Otherwise, Recruiters risk minimal responsiveness from Employers and potentially a lower “Reputation Score.” Before a Recruiter submits a candidate, at a minimum the candidate should meet the criteria listed in the requisition and express a clear interest in being presented to the Employer in question.
