If a PLN credit-bearing course has the minumum number of participants taking it for credit (to be discussed with PLN Director – currently it is 12 minumum though we recommend 15 – 20). If audits take a PLN credit-bearing course, the district is responsible for providing the Act 48 hours to the Department of Education (in Pennsylvania) and the provider hours for the New Jersey Department of Education.
