LightNex currently requires the following minimum computer specifications to support Internet service: PC/Windows: • Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, or 2003 Operating System • 1GB Free Hard Disk Space • 750 Mhz processor or faster • Ethernet Port (LightNex can supply and install if necessary) • 256MB RAM • AntiVirus Software with current definitions Macintosh: • Mac OS X Operating System version 10.1 or higher • G3 Processor or higher • Ethernet Port • 256 MB RAM If your computer does not meet these minimum requirements, it may still work with the LightNex Internet service. However, in this case LightNex will not be able to support your system or effectively troubleshoot problems you may have.
