Windows platform computer with at least 64MB RAM and an Internet browser. The system has been tested with both Microsoft IE and Netscape browsers. (Please use the most recent version of these browsers for the best results.) MoEIS online was not tested extensively on the Macintosh platform and may have some issues displaying all the contents of certain pages. Back to top If I haven’t used the online system before will my facility’s data be in the MoEIS system? The APCP emission unit staff is continuously entering data into the MoEIS system. We then bring the data forward from year to year so that the most recent year’s data is available online. The procedure then would be to log on to the MoEIS system and print your facility EIQ then check the data for accuracy, remove any duplication or make modifications to it.
