All Division 1, 2, and 3 youth team head coaches must hold a minimum the following level of license or approved equivalent: Division 1: C License or NSCAA National Diploma Division 2: State D License Division 3: E Certificate All assistant coaches, must hold the following: Division 1: National D License Divsion 2: E Certificate Division 3: Youth Module Although not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged, recreation coaches (Division 4) hold a Youth Module.
