What are the minimal hardware specs ?
In principle the Typhon does not need high-end hardware as it runs very economically on existing or new hardware. Off course the hardware specs is fully dependant on the number of users, groups, email aliases, fileserver usage, webserver usage….. Typical minimum specs for small offices: Minimum a Pentium III 2 NIC cards 256 MB memory Bootable CD Hard Disk of minimum 5GB Typical minimum specs for schools: Minimum a Pentium III or 4 2 NIC cards 512 MB memory (or higher in case of large user base) Bootable CD Hard Disk of minimum 40GB Please contact your reseller on your specific question with regards to hardware specs.
