What are the methods of payment and are we reimbursed by our insurance companies?
Payments can be made on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. You may pay in cash, by cheque or using Visa, Master Card or American Express credit cards. We cannot take direct payments using Interac. It is possible to pay every 15 days or at the end of your stay. At the time of payment, we will issue an invoice as well as a receipt for tax purposes for your income tax declaration. Some insurance companies pay the costs even though we are not a member institution of the healthcare network.
