What are the mentor requirements?
Mentors must have taken 15 college credits of Early Childhood Education and have at least two years of experience. Mentors need to attend four trainings each year. In addition, mentors must turn in their assignments for their apprentices. When their apprentices are enrolled in the apprenticeship class, mentors are responsible for some additional assignments.
