What are the measurement specs for the FIM on a mailing piece?

0

The FIM must be within 1/8″ from the top of the envelope. It has to start about 2″ from the right edge (+/- 1/8″). The postage indicium (including text) must be at least 1/4 inch from the top and right edges of the envelope. There is no rule against printing upside down. There is also no rule against aligning the postage to the left of the FIM (in Postage, Options). The FIM code is not required if you are printing on labels or paper.
