Swollen lymph nodes, most commonly in the chest 3. Pain or pressure on your upper left side under your ribs or feeling tired. 4. Liver symptoms might include fever, feeling tired or fatigued, itchy skin, jaundice, which causes your skin and eyes to look somewhat yellow, pain on your upper right side under your ribs. 5.
