Keystone Investment Fund invests in asset based lending only, where the asset is property this involves taking security over property, via registered mortgages. In some instances, Keystone Investment Fund may take charges over additional security (such as the personal assets of the borrower and the assets and undertakings of a corporate borrower) should the Company deem this necessary. Additionally, all directors of corporate borrowers are required to sign personal guarantees.
