The Leadership Center designs and offers an array of programs and initiatives, which fall under three major program categories. Education Programs reflect leadership as an interdisciplinary area of study. They enable participants to study, learn and articulate the critical leadership issues affecting civil society. Research Programs collect, analyze and publish information and data related to ethical leadership. Training Programs provide on-campus leadership training and consultation using custom-designed curricula, civic engagement, service learning and other strategies.
