What are the major points i need for building a speaker box.?
To build a speaker or a subwoofer box you need to keep a couple of things in mind: 1) check to see if it’s the right size and air displacement for your speaker/ subwoofer 2) make sure you design a box that will fit into your car 3) check to see if you have everything you need before you start – wood, screws, drill bits, wires, glue (gorilla glue works magic), carpet, and make sure that you did not forget to buy the terminals. 4) before you cut the big holes for your speaker, make sure that you take out the hole diagram for your speakers that it comes with rather then make a general assumption of the size. (if you cut the holes too big, you’re going to end up with no way to screw the speaker in) 5) glue up the seams inside the box and let it dry BEFORE you screw your speaker in. 6) when the glue does dry, keep in mind that you need to wire the wires to the terminal to the speaker before you screw the speaker in.
