What are the major grocery chains in Niagara Falls Canada?
Like all of Southern Ontario, you have the chains run by Sobeys, Loblaws and Metro from Quebec. For lower prices, PriceChopper and Food Basics are the best choice, they do not have fresh fish counters nor do they have an instore bakery. But I live 10 minutes from a PricChopper in Brantford and for one person including meat I get away with $25.00, most weeks unless I am buyin large items like powdwered milk or pharmacy items.
