What are the major differences between the Campaign Leader and the Fund Leader position for the Hope Fund?
The Campaign Leader at each facility is responsible for encouraging employees to give to the Hope Fund and managing the campaign. The Fund Leader is responsible for facilitating the review of local requests for assistance. The Fund Leader oversees a committee who provides recommendations to the Hope Fund staff for each grant request. Both positions are vital to the success of the Hope Fund, and we encourage you to recruit a team for each position to support the leader(s).
