MLS is mostly made up of either young or older players. MLS style of play is very physical and the tempo is fast (teams are always looking to push forward, don’t wait for things to develop). Most of the coaches in MLS have never coached/managed before (if they have it was at the college level). Several were players in MLS: Preki, Jason Kreis, Frank Yallop, Denis Hamlett, Curt Onalfo. Who became assistant coaches when they retired from playing. MLS fans are evolving. Fans are beginning to embrace supporters groups. These groups are growing and become more involved. The game has come along way and I see many more good things in the future.
