The menu for Phone Banking will change slightly, so make sure you listen carefully when calling to check your balance or access your accounts. SMS Banking will be limited to transaction listings and balances on request, and will not include scheduled balances or event-based messages. When using Phone Banking, you will no longer be able to request that a transaction listing be faxed to you on demand.
