What are the major achievements and milestones of the NETS programme?
In the recently concluded edition, which was the very first edition, NETS successfully trained all Nigerians who passed the NETS Entrance Examination. Out of the number trained, over 80% have been placed as interns in different organizations across Nigeria. Most of our trainees have been converted from internship to permanent staff in their respective organizations. The graduation ceremony was a huge success and held the Nicon Luxury Hotel on the 23rd of August 2010. The Special Guest of Honour was the Minister of Labour and Productivity, Chief Chukwuemeka Wogu and the Chief Host was the Director General of the National Directorate of Employment, Alh. Abubakar Mohammed.
