What are the Main Types of Complementary and Alternative Medicine?
There are several categories of health care systems recognized as holistic alternative medicine that are not considered part of conventional medicine.According to the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, there are four main groups included under CAM. I have listed some examples under each group. Some of these methods could easily fall into other groups as well.
