What are the main terms and conditions of the Employment Contract that I sign with my school?
Your EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT is a legal document, but also, simply an agreement between the parties (the school and you) to respect each other’s benefits and entitlements. As a teacher of English you are expected to provide education to a suitable standard, to co-operate with the school and other staff members, to be available for your scheduled classes and to stay for the duration of your agreed upon time in China. In return the school will honor its commitment to you.
