What are the main structures of lending CUE?
In general terms, the SES has two main funding instruments (please note that the SES does not provide grants or enter cooperative arrangements): Individual loans for capital expenditure programs or projects costing not less than 50.000,00 euro. Term loans (total loans) consists of lending facilities to banks and financial institutions to help provide financing to customers with eligible expenditure programs or projects costing not less than 50.000,00 euro. Decision for funding under this scheme remains with the bank for compensation or financial company with access to the funds of CUE. Developers interested in funding global loans should contact the banks and intermediaries involved directly.
