What are the main sections of the PRM syllabus not covered by the Masters program?

0

Some topics are not specifically covered in the Masters program or are covered only briefly and will therefore require self-study. Topics in this category include: • Term structure models • Caps, floors and swaptions • Commodity markets • Energy markets • Some aspects of Mathematical Foundations (e.g. simple algebra, functions and graphs). This material is assumed knowledge in the Masters program. Readings are, however, provided for revision purposes. • Integral calculus • Some aspects of Linear Algebra (e.g. matrix inversion, quadratic forms) • Some aspects of Regression Analysis (e.g. breakdown of OLS assumptions, random walks and mean reversions) • Case studies many but not all are covered.
